We had water leaking from an upstairs bathroom and were referred to Coleson by a friend. Jim answered the phone right away and immediately worked to find time in our schedules for him to take a look at our issue. On the day of our appointment Jim arrived on time and was extremely courteous and efficient. He immediately diagnosed our issue and suggested an affordable course of action. We made an appointment for them to return and complete the work. Again, Jim arrived on time as promised and completed the job and correcting our problem. We were kept in the loop on everything that was going on during the process and when they were finished with the work, they thoroughly cleaned up the area in which they were working. A+ experience and will definitely call them again and have referred them to friends already.
